Anthony
Dosseto
Associate Investigator

University of Wollongong

Anthony uses the chemistry of geological and biological samples to study a wide range of topics: How did complex life emerge? What were the diet, habitat and age of ancient hominins and extinct animals? How does our landscape respond to climate change? How have fires evolved with climate change? How can detect earlier neurodegenerative, kidney and cardiovascular diseases?

Anthony has published over 80 articles, book chapters and a book on these topics. He has conducted research in Australia, New Zealand, Indonesia, India, France, Greece, Northern Macedonia, Albania, Brazil, Peru, Bolivia, Argentina and the USA.

An essential item in Anthony’s toolkit
