Carolyn has an expansive background in developing communication, partnership, and marketing strategies, focusing primarily on education and engagement for the past decade. This includes, supporting the program delivery for QPAC’s highly acclaimed children’s festival Out of the Box (2012), developing marketing, communications and event strategies for Playgroup Queensland (PGQ), and most recently, the development of the fundraising and partnership strategy for PaKT4CHANGE – a National music therapy charity breaking harmful cycles to underprivileged families across Australia.

Carolyn brings a clear understanding of the digital landscape and experience in development and implementation of marketing initiatives that boost reach and conversation rate optimisation.
